Insurance:
I currently take Premera, Regence and Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Kaiser and First Choice Health Insurance and Out of Network benefits.  You will want to check with with your insurance provider for coverage for mental health services and for coverage on Out of Network Benefits.

​Non-Insurance Rate
50-55 minute individual session - $160
50-55 minute couples and family session - $180


Cash, check, credit card, HSA and FSA cards are accepted forms of payment.

CANCELLATIONS & MISSED APPOINTMENTS
I require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your counseling appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice -$75 charge
Missed appointments - full agreed upon rate of service charge

OUT OF NETWORK 
Most insurance plans have mental health benefits for Out-of-Network providers. You will pay me up front for the sessions.  The biller will then provide you a receipt that you can give to your Out of Network insurance plan.
